EPIC Student Internship – July 8-31
EPIC is a part time internship experience that will cause you to grow in your relationship with God like never before. EPIC is a bold proclamation that you want to “rebel” against low expectations of our culture and set a Christ example for this generation. Interning provides a hands--on, experiential learning environment. EPIC is designed to disciple, train, and equip young leaders for life through a variety of fun and exciting opportunities, including city--changing outreaches, a mission trip, dynamic classroom teaching, physical training, worship, prayer, fasting, Bible study, and active involvement at LifePointe Church. Luke 2:52 reveals four areas Jesus developed in: wisdom, stature, favor with God, and favor with men. Growth in these pillar areas will help each student live life to maximum potential.

The cost is $175 and INCLUDES the Wichita Mission Trip, Awakening Student Conference, and all books and supplies. The 2015 SURGE Summer Registration Form, World Impact Volunteer Waiver, LP Release Form, and money are due June 3rd. Scholarships are available for up to half of the cost. Wichita Mission Trip – July 20-25
The Wichita Missions Trip is six day experience that will help you grow in your personal relationship with Jesus like never before as you learn how to worship and serve Him in deeper ways. The Wichita Missions Trip is not just a trip but a worship experience as we journey through the Word of God, reflect in our own quiet times, sing praise together as a group, touch the community around us, and serve with the hands and feet of Jesus. This transforming experience will help you to look to Him who is the author and finisher of our faith. Our trip will focus on challenging work, outreach to the community, and powerful times of worship and ministry.
The Wichita Mission Trip is available to 7--12 grade students. We will be connecting with a good friend of mine from Wichita World Impact Ministries, which is a ministry dedicated to ministering God’s love in the inner cities of America. (www.worldimpactwichita.org)
This year we will be staying at Morning Star Camp (www.worldimpactcamps.org/morning-- star--ranch) which is nestled in the heart of the Flint Hills on the Cottonwood River. This 560 acre facility provides unforgettable camp experience.
Most of the week will be spent at the camp doing work projects and growing in our relationship with Jesus. However, on Thursday and Friday we will take day trips into Wichita to do ministry, prayer, treasure hunts, and experience the World Impact urban culture. We will be leaving Monday July 20 in the afternoon and arrive back in Olathe on Saturday July 25 around noon.
The cost is $125, which includes all housing, transportation, food, and supplies. Scholarships are available for up to half of the cost. Please request a scholarship form by emailing Pastor Jason at email@example.com.

Awakening Student Conference – July 29-31
Awakening Student Conference is a high--energy life changing student conference just up I-- 35 at Antioch Church. With incredible worship, powerful speakers, and the always--famous dodgeball tourney... you won`t want to miss this event!
Cost is $35 and all forms and money are due by June 3.
• What: The Awakening Student Conference
• When: July 29 – July 31(Wednesday night through Friday night)
• Where: Antioch Church (I--35 & Antioch)
• How Much: $35
• Food/Housing: Each student needs to bring their own sack lunch for Wed. & Thursday lunch OR buy meals at the church. Wednesday dinner will be at a fast food restaurant (students pay for their own). Dinner Thursday night will be provided. Students will be staying at their own homes each night.
• Transportation: Provided to and from LifePointe Church each day. Departure and arrival times TBA by email. Please provide email on registration form.
