Ladies, struggling with your weight and nothing works? Need some support, whether you need to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds this book will help you. We will discuss how to overcome those cravings of food while growing in your relationship with God. The group will provide support on your journey, tips on getting started and maintaining, Scriptures on why we crave food and how to learn to crave God instead, and learn to look at yourself in a positive way. There will be no pressure to share your weight/ numbers and no required plan/diet to maintain.
